Occupational Hygiene Surveys
An occupational hygiene survey is a comprehensive assessment of workplace hazards that could harm employees, allowing businesses to identify and manage risks to ensure employee well-being. These surveys help determine if sufficient safeguards are in place to protect employees and visitors from potential harm.

    Radiation Survey

Ionizing (x-rays) and non-ionizing radiation (lasers, microwaves)

Environmental Sampling
An environmental sampling survey collects data about the environmental quality of a specific area, often through sampling various media like water, air, and soil. It can also involve gathering people's opinions and attitudes about environmental issues through questionnaires. These surveys help assess pollutant levels, identify potential contamination sources, and evaluate the overall health of the environment.

  • Purpose: Evaluate potable, process, or wastewater for contamination.

    What’s Measured:

    pH, turbidity, TDS, TSS

    Heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic)

    E. coli, coliform bacteria

  • Purpose: Detect airborne pollutants in the environment (not necessarily workplace-specific).

    What’s Measured:

    PM₁₀, PM₂.₅ (particulate matter)

    NO₂, SO₂, CO, ozone (O₃)

    VOCs (e.g., benzene, formaldehyde)

  • Purpose: Assess environmental noise impacts from traffic, industry, etc.

    Measured in:

    Decibels (dB)

DUST SUPPRESSION
